Recruitment
The Human Resources staff facilitate the recruitment of qualified individuals for positions within MBQ Administration. Individuals of Aboriginal Ancestry are given preference in all competitions. Candidates must submit a cover letter and resume for available positions. Selected candidates will compete in an interview process, which may include skills tests such as: computer use, presentations or other as deemed necessary, and are evaluated by a rating system.
