Band Property Maintenance

The Band Property Maintenance program services all Band-Owned Properties and provides building maintenance services and assistance with functional tasks as required by the other MBQ Departments.

Services

  • Providing maintenance to all rental units and Band-Owned Property.
  • Assisting in relaying info to Technical Services Department on specified projects.
  • Providing lawn care and maintenance to Band-Owned properties, excluding rental units.
  • Providing snow removal services to Band-Owned properties, excluding rental units.
  • Assisting the Housing Department with building and maintenance requirements as needed.
