Deadline Extended – Kanyén:ke Health Connections (KHC) Logo Contest

Vision Statement……

As a community, Kenhté:ke (TMT) will work towards embracing a wholistic healthy lifestyle. This encompasses physical activity, improving nutritional habits, and a stable mental wellbeing rooted within Rotinonhsyón:ni culture.

Help us create a logo using a design to reflect wholistic health (mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, Kanyen’kehá:ka (Mohawk) values and traditions. (see vision statement)

Please use a white piece of paper standard size (8 ½- 11’)
Please include NAME, AGE & PHONE NUMBER

Rules

1. Must be a student 18 years old and under
2. Must be a design created by you, using pencils, pencil crayons, pens and markers. We must be able to scan document, so no shading, fine lines and remember BOLDER is better!
3. Must be a minimum of four colors only
4. Must be submitted by September 13, 2019 @ the Community Wellbeing Centre with Health Reception.
