We will virtually walk a predetermined route using a pedometer, send your team total steps weekly. Your team will be tracked on the route, first team to return to T.M.T. get bragging rights!

Christmas Office Closure From December 23, 2017 to January 07, 2018

MBQ Offices will be closed for stat holiday on Friday November 10th (Remembrance Day). The offices will also be closed in December from 4:30 pm on December 22nd until 8:30 am on January 8th, 2018.

Bears & Cubs - Sky Zone trip January 20, 2018

8 am - approx 5 pm

We are taking a bus trip to Sky Zone in Whitby Saturday January 20th! We will be leaving the ball diamonds at 8:00 am sharp and making a quick pit stop at the Port Hope On Route for a snack at your own expense. We then are planning our arrival at Sky Zone for 11: 00 am.


We will jump for a whole 120 mins followed by pizza and snacks. We will load the bus at approximately 2:pm.

Each bus trip participant is required to pay a nonrefundable $5.00 fee to register. Registration fees are to be paid at the Community Wellbeing Centre - Health Reception.
 

Children 18yrs and younger must be accompanied by an adult.
 

** PLEASE NOTE:** No email, or phone call registrations are accepted. All fees must be paid in cash. Wavers will need to be signed by all parents.

Community Circle January 22, 2018

5:30 - 9:30 pm

We invite you to come and relax after the hustle and bustle of the holidays. 
Our circle is focused on self care, holistic healing and personal wellness.
We will spend time as a group working on vision boards, taking part in yoga and meditation, creating our own roller ball incenses, and learning about the importance of foot detox and our bodies Ph & alkaline levels.
Due to all of the exciting learning and creating , the evening will begin one hour earlier and end later than normal circles. 

Each person is able to register themselves and two additional participants to ensure fairness to other participants.
Upon registration please pick 3 interests from the following services:
15 minute head massage

Mini manicure
Numerology
Reflexology
