BACKGROUND

, We provide a safe and secure wholistic healing experience, through community minded practices that incorporates Indigenous knowledge and teachings to encourage a balanced peaceful life free of abuse.

We, as a community shelter affirm respect for our roles as Onkwehonwe women, men and children and uphold the principles of the centrality of the family within our society. Recognising the existence of abuse, we accept the responsibility to help victims in times of crisis to provide; shelter, support, and counselling during this period of transition.
