Update: 11 a.m. – The Waste Collection team is still working on getting the garbage trucks up and running. As soon as they do, East End collection will start, and the crew will work until roughly 6 p.m.. If they are unable to complete the route, they will start where they left off with East End collection Tuesday morning before starting West End collection. If necessary, West End collection will continue Wednesday morning until all residents have had their waste collected.
Due to the cold temperatures this morning, the waste collection trucks are having a hard time starting up. Once the trucks get started, the collectors will try to complete the route this afternoon. Please note, they may not be able to collect everyone’s garbage and in that case, the East End route will be completed Tuesday. The collection schedule for the rest of the week may be impacted.
