Notice of Request Prequalification of General Contractors for the Construction of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte Elder Care Home

Description: 94,600 sq. ft., 128-bed, single storey long term care home
Project Value: $50 million
Schedule Issue for Bids: April 2023
Construction Start: June 2023
Occupancy: August 2025

This Request for Prequalification process is intended to solicit responses from General Contractors
interested in bidding for the construction of the Mohawks of the Bay of Quinte Elder Care Home.
The successful applicants will be invited to bid when the project is issued for bids.

RFPQ Key Dates:
Issue Date: April 5, 2023
Deadline for Questions: April 12, 2023 at 3:00pm local time
Submission Deadline: April 18, 2023 at 3:00pm local time
