Large Item Pickup is complete for the 2022 year! MBQ wants to thank the hardworking employees from the Roads Department, Band Property Maintenance and Environment Department that helped make large item pickup possible this year! Thank you to all community members that placed appropriate items in a neat pile for the collectors!

Items shown in the loader bucket are not considered large items. Unacceptable items like this are the responsibility of the homeowner and can be taken to licensed waste facilities throughout the year!
Friendly reminder, large items can be taken to MBQ’s Waste Transfer Depot (580 Airport) year round, paid by cash based on the cost list sent out a few weeks ago.
All items that were placed out on time have been picked and a second sweep of the entire territory was done to finalize the pickup. Any further large items can be taken to the Transfer Depot at cost as per usual.
