Background
TFRC was opened in 2007. By May of 2009, we moved to a new (and our current) location on the corner of York Road and Hwy. 2 in Shannonville. In 2012 we added a studio to the fitness centre and by doing so, were able to start offering fitness classes and workshops.
TFRC’s Mission: Discovering the balance by working the mind, body, heart & spirit.
We provide the space of learning and caring. We have workshops, personal trainers and fitness instructors and we provide childcare.
