Enbridge has heating and cooling rebates available for the upcoming summer. You could be eligible for up to $4,000 in grants for a mini-split installation (Air Conditioning). It is a ductless unit that mounts on a wall, similar to a window unit. They are easy and clean installations, done by a certified technician. For comparison an installed ductless mini-split 1.5Ton (18,000BTU) costs approximately $5,000 installed.
