Hello community members, please note that the Department of Fisheries and Oceans, Sea Lamprey Control Program will be conducting larval sea lamprey assessments this week on the Salmon River below the sea lamprey barrier to evaluate the larval lamprey population and determine if future control efforts are needed on the river. You may see them in their boat using their equipment. Please note, all regular activities on the Salmon River can still occur!
