Please be advised that the week of October 6, 2025, herbicide to get rid of the invasive Water Soldier that has been found in Sucker Creek near the south shore of Ridge Road. This spray will help control it’s spread, and the Water Soldier Working Group, MBQ Water Treatment Plant, MBQ Environment and ISC Environmental Public Health selected the safest herbicide based on its ability to target only water soldier, and have no impact on fish, aquatic life or drinking water.
