Please be advised the Unopened right of ways on Marks Rd R.O.W (off of Beach Rd), Homeland Dr R.O.W (Extension west to Wyman’s Rd), Eli’s Lane R.O.W (Between Ridge Rd & Hickory Ln), Hickory Ln R.O.W (Extension west) will be under construction from July 28,2025 to December 5,2025.
MBQ is proceeding with constuction of the four roads. We ask that drivers please obey all construction traffic laws, follow instructions from construction traffic flaggers and pay attention to all workers, equipment and residents to ensure everyone makes it home safely at the end of the work day. You are being encouraged to find an alternate route when possible to limit how often you are passing through the construction zones. Construction will be limited to normal working hours on weekdays only, to minimize disruptions to the community.
