The Mohawk Landing Planning Committee is issuing a Call for Proposals for a caterer for the meal at the 2026 Mohawk Landing.
The provided quote must include:
• Two large cookers of corn soup
• 10 loaves of sandwiches (some vegetarian and gluten-free options included)
• Strawberry drink, water, coffee & tea (as well as milk, cream and sugar for tea & coffee)
• 6 large dessert trays (variety of goodies)
• 1 large and 1 small veggie tray
• 1 large and 1 small fruit tray
• Condiments
• Cutlery
• Paper plates
• Napkins
• Set up and monitoring of food during luncheon
